Return Policy

Standard return window

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery or store pickup. This policy covers both defective and non-defective eligible products, including a change of mind, when every condition below is met.

Return condition

A returned product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It must include all parts, accessories, manuals, warranty materials, and promotional items that came with it. Proof of purchase is required.

Products that have been opened, installed, worn, altered, used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

How to start a return

Call AAA Gun & Pawn at (386) 736-0330 before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns may be brought to the store or, after authorization, mailed to AAA Gun & Pawn, 1859 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720.

Do not send a return collect or cash on delivery. Mailed returns should be securely packed and sent with tracking.

Return shipping and fees

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us before returning it; after we confirm the issue, we will provide instructions and cover the reasonable return-shipping cost.

There is no restocking fee for an accepted return that meets this policy.

Refunds and exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return an eligible product under this policy and place a separate order for the replacement.

After we receive and inspect an accepted return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Items not covered by this standard policy

Firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, transferred items, personalized or special-order items, gift cards, and products that cannot lawfully be resold are not covered by this standard online return policy. Any additional product-specific restriction will be disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
