Shipping Policy

Where we ship

AAA Gun & Pawn ships only products that are marked eligible for shipping to valid United States delivery addresses accepted at checkout. UPS deliveries require a street address; we cannot ship UPS packages to a P.O. box.

Some products are available for store pickup only or cannot be shipped because of law, carrier rules, manufacturer restrictions, or safety requirements. If checkout does not offer shipping for an item or destination, that order cannot be shipped under this policy.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge shown during checkout is the charge for the order. It is calculated from the delivery address and the package information available for the eligible items in the cart. We do not promise free shipping unless checkout specifically displays it.

Applicable taxes are displayed separately. If a package needs special handling that was not known at checkout, we will contact you before making any additional charge.

Processing and delivery

Most eligible orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is approved and any required order review is complete. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time begins when the carrier accepts the package. Any delivery date shown at checkout or by the carrier is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, and required reviews can cause delays.

Restricted and regulated products

This standard home-delivery policy does not apply to firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, or other regulated products unless the product page and checkout expressly offer a lawful shipping method. Firearms are not sent through ordinary home delivery and may require store pickup or transfer to a licensed dealer.

Only products that checkout identifies as shippable may be included in a shipped order.

Tracking, damage, and delivery problems

Tracking information is provided after a shipment is created. Please check the delivery address before submitting the order because an address change may not be possible after processing begins.

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing, keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide instructions.
