Description

The Double Sided Knife Sharpener is a folding sharpener with two diamond-coated sharpeners. One side has a 360 grit surface for edge setting and the other has an extra-fine 600 grit surface for razor-sharp honing. The honeycombed surface allows you to sharpen knives quickly because the filings are accumulated away from the grit. You can sharpen dry or with water if you choose. The handle is slightly convex for a good grip while you're sharpening your knives or tools.
